Sausage & bean casserole

• Pork sausages8
• Baked beans2 × 400g tins
• Chopped tomatoes1 × 400g tin
• Brown onions150g
• Smoked paprikastore cupboard1 tsp (5g)
• White potatoes800g

Plus salt and pepper. About £3.35 for the amounts used.

Method

1. 1

   Brown 8 sausages in a large pan for 8 minutes, then cut each into 3 pieces.

   Add 1 chopped onion and 1 tsp smoked paprika and cook for 5 minutes.

   Add 2 tins baked beans and 1 tin chopped tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes until the sausages are cooked through.

   Meanwhile, cut 800g potatoes into chunks and boil for 15 minutes, or bake them whole. Serve with the casserole.
